Terms of Service

  • I have the rights to upload your commission to my social media. If you would like me to not upload, please notify me during our communication.
  • Please credit me if you upload on your social and private accounts.
  • You are not allowed to claim this art as you own
  • Personal use only. Not allowed for commercial* use unless we agree on terms
  • ​Not allowed to create merch with my art.
  • There will be NO REFUND once I finish your commission.
  • I WILL NOT WORK FOR NFT. PLEASE DO NOT COMMISSION ME FOR THE INTENTION OF NFT!!! 
  • ​DO NOT USE MY WORK WITH AI PROGRAMS

Standard Rules

  • Not first come, first serve; I reserve the right to decline a commission if I feel my ability will not be satisfactory for your character
  • I accept payment first before I will start on your commission. We can set up split-payment.
  • Please pay within 48 hours upon confirmation, otherwise your order will be cancelled.
  • Commissions are saved in .PNG files, 300 dpi, transparent background.
  • Sketches will be on white background
How Split-Payment works
  • Pay 50% upfront within 48 hours of accepting your commission.
  • I will show a low resolution WIP
  • Pay the rest of 50% owed. I WILL NOT PROVIDE HIGH-RESOLUTION OF YOUR COMMISSION IF NOT PAID 100%

If you would like to cancel your commission, refunds are issued as the following:
  • No sketch - 100% refund
  • Sketch - 75% refund
  • Lineart/flat color - 50% refund
  • Full rendered - no refund

By paying for your commissions, you agree with the terms stated above.
  • Paypal is in USD ONLY.
  • By paying with PayPal, you are agreeing that you are the authorized cardholder/user of that account.
  • I will send an invoice if accepted!
  • ​Please select "No Shipping Address" if you get an option.
  • By agreeing to pay with PayPal, you are NOT ALLOWED TO FILE A CHARGEBACK.
